Returns

The retailer who took your money is the one who takes the item back. Here is what to expect and what to check before you send anything.

Where returns go

Back to the retail partner you bought from, through their own returns process. They hold the order record, they issued the payment and they are the only party who can refund it. Do not post anything to the address in our footer — that is a registered office, and a parcel sent there will not be processed as a return.

Before you start a return

  • Check the thickness first. The most common reason for sending a pad back is that the gap was measured wrong rather than that the pad was faulty. Our finder takes a minute and may save you the postage.
  • Keep the packaging until you are sure. Most retailers are stricter about opened items, and a thermal compound with a broken seal may not be returnable at all.
  • Photograph anything damaged before you unpack further. It makes the claim quicker.

Faulty products

If something is genuinely defective — a fan that rattles from the first spin-up, a pump that never starts — the retailer will normally replace it under their own process, which is faster than a manufacturer claim. If they decline, see warranty and write to us with the model number and proof of purchase.

What we can do

Help you work out whether the product is faulty or simply the wrong part for the job, and confirm specifications so the replacement is right. We cannot see your order, cancel it, or issue money.
