Warranty
Manufacturing defects are covered. Wear, misuse and consumables are not. Claims start with your retailer.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects and materials that fail in normal use: a bearing that develops a noise, a fan that stops, a pump that will not start, an adapter that never worked. Warranty length varies by product line and by the terms of the retailer who sold it, so check the product carton and your receipt.
What is not covered
- Consumables. A syringe of thermal compound and a sheet of thermal pad are used up in service; once applied they are not returnable and not warrantable.
- Damage from installation: bent fan blades, snapped mounting clips, over-torqued screws, a pad cut to the wrong shape.
- Dust, corrosion and normal ageing.
- Products that have been opened, modified or repaired outside the manufacturer’s process.
- Any consequential loss. A cooling product that fails does not make us liable for the hardware around it, and no one in this industry offers otherwise.
Making a claim
- Contact the retailer who sold the item. Within their own returns window they will usually just replace it.
- If that window has passed, email us at [email protected] with the model number, the date of purchase, proof of purchase and a description of the fault. A short video of a noisy fan is worth several paragraphs.
- We will tell you what the manufacturer needs and where to send it.
Statutory consumer rights in your country apply on top of any manufacturer warranty and are not affected by anything written here.
