Who ships your order

This site does not hold stock and does not take payment. Each Buy button hands you to a retail partner who has the item in a warehouse inside the United States. Their delivery options, their rates and their timescales are what you will see at checkout, and they are the ones you will hear from when the parcel moves.

Why we do not print delivery estimates

Because they would be guesses. Shipping speed depends on the partner, the warehouse the item ships from, the service you choose and where you live. Any number printed here would be out of date by the time you read it, and a wrong number is worse than none.

Packaging

Thermal pads and pastes are small, light and unbreakable, so they usually travel in a padded envelope. Fans, coolers and the liquid loop ship in their retail cartons. If a pad sheet arrives creased in transit it is still perfectly usable — the silicone does not mind — but if the protective film is torn, ask the retailer for a replacement rather than fitting it.

International orders

The catalog on this site tracks the United States range. GELID products are sold widely in Europe and Asia through other partners, but prices, model availability and pack sizes differ by region, so do not rely on the figures here outside the US.
