CPU & Liquid Cooling

The largest cooling product listed here. Liquid 360 pairs a pump and cold plate with a triple 120 mm radiator and three RGB fans that run between 750 and 1800 rpm, mounts on AM5 and LGA 1700 among others, and arrives with a syringe of GC-4 paste rather than expecting you to supply your own.

  1. Why a 360 mm radiator

A closed-loop cooler is limited by the surface area it has to give heat back to the air. Three 120 mm sections is the largest that fits in a normal case, and it lets the fans run slowly for a given heat load rather than working hard. The liquid does not cool anything by itself; it moves the problem to a bigger radiator.

  2. A wide fan speed range

Running from 750 to 1800 rpm gives a genuinely quiet floor and real capability at the top. Set the curve against liquid or package temperature with a slow ramp, since a loop has enough thermal mass that it does not need the fans to react instantly to every spike the way an air cooler does.

  3. Installation and routing

The mounting kit covers current sockets on both platforms, and the tubing is flexible enough to route a radiator into the top or the front of most mid-tower cases. Decide the radiator position before anything else: it determines the tube run, the fan orientation and whether the pump sits below the highest point of the loop, which is where you want it.

  4. Paste in the box

It ships with GC-4, so the first installation needs nothing extra. Keep the syringe afterwards rather than throwing the packaging out whole, since there is usually enough left for a second mounting if the first one needs to come off for any reason.
